ingredients

Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method

Mix wheat flour, maida, salt and ghee to make a soft dough.
Make this into smooth round sized balls. Using a roller flatten the balls one by one to make it round and flat of even thickness.
Heat the oil in heavy bottomed pan. Deep fry poori one by one until slightly brown.
While frying, press down puris lightly into the oil with thava occationally.
