Boil the water and add ada. Cook it well and drain the water. Wash it thoroughly with cold water.
Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and add the cocked ada. Lower the flame and mix it well.
Add 9 cups of milk, bring it to boil and stir it continuously.
Add sugar and continue stirring.
Mix the rice flour in 1 cup of milk and add it to the boiling mix.
In the remaining ghee, lightly fry the cashew nuts and add it to the boiling mix.
When it is thick remove from fire and add cardamom powder.
