Ingredients
| egg | 3 No |
| big onion | 1/2 cup |
| potato | 1 no |
| ginger | small piece |
| garlic | 4 cloves |
| garam masala | 2 teaspoon |
| green chili | 3 no |
| vinegar | 2 teaspoon |
| salt | to taste |
| first coconut milk | 1/4 cup |
| second coconut milk | 3/4 cup |
| coconut oil | 2 tablespoon |
| mustard | 1/4 teaspoon |
| curry leaf | 1 stake |
Method
Boil 125 ml water with 1/2 tablespoon salt and add the eggs.
Cook over low flame for 4 minutes.
Drop the eggs in cold water for a while and remove the shell.
Cut the eggs into 4 pieces.
Soak the garam masala in 1 tablespoon water.
Cut the potatoes into 8 pieces.
Heat the oil, pop the mustard, add curry leaves and chopped onion. Fry this for a minute.
Add crushed ginger, garlic and splitted green chillies. Fry this mix until the onions turn light brown.
Add socked garam masala, stir for a minute and add vinegar and salt.
Add the second coconut milk and allow it to boil.
Now add the potatoes and cook them well.
Add the first milk once the potatoes are well cooked. Lower the flame and dont allow this mix to boil.
Add boiled eggs and serve it hot.
