Ingredients
| Mutton (Attirachi) | 1Kg |
| Coconut Oil | 1/4 cup |
| Cinnamon | 1 inch piece |
| Cardamom | 4 no |
| Cloves | 12 no |
| Black Pepper | 1 tablespoon |
| Big Onion | 2 no |
| Potatoes | 3 no |
| Green Chilly | 6 no |
| Ginger | 1 tablespoon |
| Garlic | 15 no |
| Maida Flour | 1/2 tablespoon |
| Vinegar | 1 spoon |
| Coconut Milk | 1/2 cup first milk |
| Coconut Milk | 3 cups second milk |
| Salt | to taste |
| Curry Leaves | 2 stakes |
Method
Chop the onion, crush the ginger, crush the pepper and keep aside
Prepare the coconut milk from 2 cups of coconut
Slit the green chilies
Heat the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and crushed pepper in oil. Drain the oil and keep it aside
In remaining oil heat the maida until light brown
Now add the mutton pieces and fry for a while. Add 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, salt and second coconut milk
Once mutton is half cocked, add potatoes, masala, vinegar and cook well with lid closed
Add the first milk when the gravy is thick. Just keep it in fire for a minute and sprinkle the crushed pepper
