Chop big onion, garlic, green chillies and ginger.
Heat the oil and pop mustard. Add curry leaves, chopped big onion, garlic, green chillies and ginger. Fry them till onion becomes golden colour.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cummin powder salt and coconut. Continue to fry the mix for some time.
Add prawns and water, cover the pan with lid and cook till the prawns are well cooked. Then remove the lid. stir it until almost all the water is aborbed.
