Fish Cutlet

Ingredients

Fish, boneless 200gm
Onion 3 no
Green Chilly 4 no
Garlic 5 cloves (big)
Potatoes 3 no
Ginger 1 piece (medium)
Pepper Powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Garam masala 2 teaspoon
Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup
Egg 3 no

Method
Cook the fish with a pinch of salt.
Chop onion, garlic, ginger, green chilly and coriander leaves.
Boil and mash the potatoes.
Heat the pan and saute the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilly in oil.
Add the cooked fish into the above mixture and mix well.
Add mashed potatoes, pepper powder and garam masala.
Mix them well and remove from fire. Now add coriander leaves.
Let it cool for a while.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and keep aside.
Make small balls from the mixture of the size of a lemon.
Flatten it with your palm and dip it into egg mix and then in bread crumbs.
Deep fry it in oil until golden brown and serve it hot.
