NRIs and NRIs

There are basically two types of NRIs (Non Resident Indians)
One: Never Returning Indians
Two: Not Required Indians.
The first category is the rich NRIs who settle elsewhere, mainly in European and American countries. They enjoy their life in their living countries and never bother to send money to the family ('coz the whole family is living there!!!).They never return to India. So they are offered Overseas Citizenship. Let them enjoy Indian citizenship elsewhere and be a proud Indian.
The second category is the poor NRIs who toil in the Middle East for their livelihood. Together they send exorbitant money to support their families back in India. They are considered as "not required" in their working country and in their home country, when they return jobless.
And there is a Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Bonanza conducted by persons who don't know the Pravasi. There is even a dedicated Cabinet minister for Pravasis !!!
The air fare to the western destinations is almost same as the fare to Saudi Arabia !!!!!
While the first NRIs are treated like guests, the second are looked with contempt !!!
